I am returning from Croatia, with a stopover in Amsterdam. This gives me just enough time to see Lada, my cousin and colleague. We love getting organized together, for Courageous Being projects and personal endeavors.
Last time we hung out, three weeks prior, she was grappling with overwhelm.
Now she sits at the table, pen steady, no longer negotiating hesitation.
The calendar is open in front of her. What was once a foggy blur now takes on a relaxed, flexible structure. She enjoys a sense of healthy control that comes from facing her responsibilities without self-judgment.
I watch as she moves through her plan in increments, one honest look at what fits and what does not at a time.
Each analog line she writes in her journal grounds her further.
Lada is shaping her future as she records what matters. She is choosing where her energy belongs.
I am delighted seeing her take Courageous Being practices to heart. And I am inspired to keep doing the same.
Can you spot Dr. Ivi's actual BuJo in the photo? What's your favorite way to get organized?
