Duration: 5 minutes
Setting: Anyplace, anytime, especially when your mind starts circling around “not enough.”
1. Rest
Close your eyes for a moment, or soften your gaze as if you’re looking out an airplane window.
Imagine your thoughts as clouds swirling below you, easy to fly through, lighter than they seem.
You keep rising until you’re above them, in still blue air.
Your body relaxes. Your perspective expands.
Up here, calm is your altitude.
2. Reveal
Bring to mind one area where you’ve felt lack, such as time, money, appreciation, or opportunity.
Notice the fearful thought beneath it and let it speak without judgment.
You might hear: “I’m not good enough.” or “I want but I can’t have.”
Acknowledging what you hear already begins to release it.
3. Receive
Now imagine the light of the sky around you responding, gentle, luminous, warm, and wise.
Ask this luminous light of wisdom quietly:
What’s the truth beyond the fear that I just revealed?
Let the answer arrive like sunlight through the airplane window.
It may sound simple and kind: “You are loved. You are enough.”
Next, ask the luminosity for a loving action, something small that supports this new truth.
Listen for the action. Allow it to be simple.
4. Renew
Let the action you just heard settle in your body. Breathe it in as if filling your lungs with fresh sky. On the exhale, make a quiet commitment:
I will act from this higher view.
If you can, take the step right away. Send the message, offer the kindness, honor the boundary.
If you cannot act now, make a simple plan for when and how you will.
Each action you take from trust strengthens the higher path of abundance above the clouds of lack.
Abundance grows where you practice it.
Why it feels good: Neuroscience shows that taking intentional action right after insight reinforces new neural pathways. Each follow-through signals safety and self-trust to the brain, strengthening your belief that change is possible and support is real.
