Did you know that individuals who tie their self-worth to external achievements are more likely to experience burnout and anxiety?

Research shows that people with a strong sense of intrinsic self-worth—who recognize their inherent value—experience less stress and perform better at work. While finding fulfillment and purpose in your career is important, it does not define your core value as a person.

Recently, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we hosted a panel at the Wealth@Wor(k) 2024 conference featuring Ami Hindia, Andrea Nitta, and Theresa Conti. These incredible women courageously shared their personal cancer journeys, opening up about the challenges they faced and the profound lessons learned. Their intense health experiences helped them reconnect with their inherent value, breaking free from old patterns and awakening to what truly matters—who they are at their core, beyond their achievements.

Remember, your worth has always existed independently of your productivity or external recognition.
