Simple Breathing Practices to help you quickly relax, reset, and reconnect.

4-7-8 Breathing
Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, and exhale for 8. Perfect for calming the mind and managing stress.

4 X 4 Breathing
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, exhale through your mouth for 4, and repeat four times. Add depth by fully releasing all air, like wringing out a sponge.


Box Breathing

Inhale, hold, exhale, and hold for 4 seconds each. Used by Navy SEALs to stay calm under pressure.


Reset Breath

Exhale completely, hold with empty lungs as long as possible, then take a deep breath. A quick energy boost!
